All sign ups are due at least 2 hours before each run. If you add or delete yourself to anything after that time frame please contact the lot officer and the party formation officer; failing to do so will slow the run down and maybe cost you your lot for the day.

Attendance to the event is not mandatory except for those who are attending Dynamis Tavnazia. Hence, there is no absent tab to add yourself to if not attending. All members who attend the event will receive 4 points. No points are awarded in Dynamis Tavnazia. Be sure to sign up to both the event and tavanzia if you wish to be considered to attend tavnazia.

Tavnazia Lots

Drops during this run will be handled through biding. There is no limit on how many items you can bid on and win, but you may not go into negative points. The lotting process will be as follows:

• Item Drops
• Lot Officer will ask if anyone is willing to pay 10 points for the item.
• If no one is willing to pay 10 points, the officer will call free lots starting at level 75
• If anyone is willing to pay 10 points, the officer will ask if anyone is willing to pay 20 points for the item.
• If no one is willing to pay 20 points then everyone who was willing to pay 10 will be allowed to lot
• If anyone is willing to pay 20 points, the officer will ask if anyone is willing to pay 30 points for the item.
• If no one is willing to pay 30 points then everyone who was willing to pay 20 will be allowed to lot.
• If anyone is willing to pay 30 points, the officer will ask if anyone is willing to pay 40 points for the item.
• The process continues in a similar fashion up to 60 points for an item. Anyone willing to pay 60 points for an item will be allowed to lot.
• Once an item is received points will be deducted on the spot.
