Soymilk Linkshell

Although you may attend a run without signing up, you are expected to sign up before runs in order for officers to plan what jobs are needed and adjust strategy. You can sign up to 8 weeks in advance for either day at any given time. When you sign up please include what jobs you have available to bring. Primary and secondary lot jobs must always be included in this list. If you do not have site access due to lack of editing rights ask officers to grant you rights. If you do not have access due to lack of computer access or internet, you can ask any linkshell member to sign up for you. There are also officers assigned to help people in these situations.If you sign up for a run and then do not attend the run, and do not post before the run occurs as to why you are absent (a legitimate excuse), you will receive -1 point for that run. Plausible excuses given after the run (eg car accident, internet outage) will negate this penalty.

Excused absences will not be counted against your 75% or 50% total. This percentage is calculated for the last 8 runs and each day is calculated separately. New and returning member's attendance is counted from the day they joined. Members attending less than 75% of runs to which they have committed will lose lotting rights (both secured and free lots) until attendance is 75% or more again. Members attending less than 50% of runs will need to speak to officers to remain in the shell.

Any absence that is posted on a run's sign-up page is excused. If you are going to miss more than 4 runs due to a particular reason talk to an officer and post under long term absences in the forums. Dishonesty will not be tolerated. If you are online during a run on a day you are committed to coming and you do not attend your absence will be unexcused and your membership may be in question depending on your situation. If you are online during any dynamis run you are expected to be in the linkshell at the gather time. If you do not have access to a run you still need to post absent. You may hold hourglasses for latecomers if you want points though.

If you do not have access you can either sign up under absent or show up at the gather time and hold an hourglass for the LS. If you are holding an hourglass you need to stay within reasonable range of the trail markings. You may farm, do fields of valor (make sure you come a job that will get experience from Fields of Valor in that zone), you can do whatever you want as long as you check the screen for tells every 5 minutes and are able to give incoming members glasses readily. If there are multiple people you must all stay the whole time. You can team up, farm together, skill up, level up, do Fields of Valor or work out shifts, but all characters have to stay near the trail markings.

All members of Soymilk are asked to commit to either attending Wednesday, Sunday or both days. Attendance is maintained separately for Sunday and Wednesday. Attendance screenshots are taken at the agreed gather time (2pm est on Sunday and 8pm est on Wednesday). Afterwards, screenshots are taken whenever a member sends the point officer a tell when they arrive late, go AFK for an extended period of time or leave early. Another screenshot is taken between the 3 minute mark and the zone exit. If you do not show on the entry or exit screenshots and did not send either an late arrival or early departure message you forfeit attendance for that day.

Make sure you send a /tell to whoever is taking attendance. If unsure of who that is ask in LS chat. If you forget to do this you may loose points for that run. Do not just say you are here in LS chat- you must send a tell for the officer to log the time you came or left. If you are AFK more than 10 minutes you must tell officers when you leave and come back. If you show at any point after gather time you must send the officer a tell even if it is before we enter the dynamis zone.
