Please everyone list in the first box the Job the WANT to come as to dynamis. and in the second box jobs you have available to come, not all the jobs you have at 65+ but jobs you have gear for and preferable 75. and place order of preferance from left to right.
Everyone understand that if the job is listed you might be asked to come as that job to fill a needed role. also everyone understand if we are not able to start filling needed roles cause people don't want to come as a needed job we will jsut spam bastok till we get the people to fill that role. ok that might be a lie but sersiously. we need people to be a bit more flexable on jobs they are asked to come to help filled needed job roles and to help rotate job around to help break up the routine of coming as the same job over and over and over. for harder runs like Xarc and dreamlands we will try to put people in the roles the officers think that person best performs at and in roles needed for a successful run.
Please try to keep this updated as the those that setup partys will check this to find people needed.
