If you are going to miss a run please post. If the date you want to post about is not yet created please create it. Keep it simple: ~Thread title needs to be the Date in the following format: mmm-dd-yy (ex. Jan-01-08) before you add a new thread make sure there isn't one already ~Thread needs to contain your name and reasons for absence (if personal just write that it's personal) For extended absences make separate threads titled : Name start date ~ end date (ex. Rathiel Aug-10-08 ~ Dec-30-08) in the actual thread post your reasons. Please try not to duplicate threads
